• Account/Profile: username, email, password (hashed), preferences, support communications.
• Gameplay & social: game activity, scores, virtual currency balances, session history, referrals, chat/content you submit.
• Device/IDs: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, OS, language, approximate location derived from IP, cookies and similar tech.
• Analytics: events and usage data to measure performance and improve the Service.
• Payments/IAP (if offered): transaction metadata and receipts; payment card details are handled by payment processors, not stored by us.

How we use information

• Provide and operate the Service (accounts, gameplay, rewards, fraud prevention, troubleshooting).
• Process transactions and deliver purchased items/features (where applicable).
• Communicate with you (service notices, support, and updates).
• Analyze, maintain, and improve features, security, and performance.

How we share information

Your choices & New Zealand privacy rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and its Information Privacy Principles, you have rights to: access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent (where processing relies on consent), and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will verify requests and respond within the timelines required by the Privacy Act 2020.

Children

The Service is restricted to adults aged 20 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us to request deletion and we will take appropriate action consistent with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
